If you don’t use your monthly treatment, no worries! Your membership dollars will be banked for future use. These credits never expire, allowing you to accumulate them over time. However, please note that they are non-refundable.

ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT

Enrollment:Clients can enroll in the membership program in-person, or via phone with no enrollment fee.

Payment:Monthly fees are automatically charged to the client's credit card on file.

Cancellation:Membership can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice.

Refunds:Refunds will not be issued for membership fees collected. Collected fees never expire and can be used for any products or services at EXO Medspa.

Transfers:Membership and membership funds are non-transferable.
Discounts: Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other special offers, discounts, packages or promotions. Members choosing to participate in a special promotion, discount, or offer waive the right to their membership discount for that promotion.
